Shipping policy

Where does evevey.com ship?

We provide worldwide shipping through our trusted network of delivery partners. We do also ship to APO/FPO addresses; orders shipped to PO Boxes, please provide your phone number , thank you.

Processing & Handling

Before your order is shipped, evevey needs to process your order and put all your items through its strict quality-control tests. We will ship the items within 2-4 business days. You will get an email notification with your tracking information once your order is on its way. Note we might choose to split your order into several packages to ensure you get it sooner, In that case, you will not be charged extra for additional shipments, and you’ll get a separate tracking number for every package, Rarely, if an item is no longer in stock, it may be removed from your order before shipping. You will get an email to let you know if this happens. Of course, we will not charge you for these items.

Tracking

You will get an email with your tracking number and estimated delivery date once your order ships. Note it may take the shipping company 24 hours to update your shipping information. please keep an eye on your package while it is en route.
 

Estimated Shipping Times 

 It will probably take an average of 7-20 days to get parcels for standard shipping, some remote countries need more time, please allow extra time to receive your order. If more than 35 days have passed please email us to review the status of your order. we are appreciated your patience and understanding and really apologize for the inconvenience.

If need expedited shipping, pls select upgrade fast express, the delivery time is just around 5-10 working days, also, some remote countries need more time. 

Shipping Costs 

Since we aim to provide you with the lowest shipping cost possible, all shipping costs are calculated individually at checkout for each product and based on your destination. Standard shipping is USD 5, and Upgrade Expedited shipping is USD 12.

TAXES & DUTIES

Import duties, taxes, and customs charges vary by destination, Please note customers are responsible for any customs and tax charges that may apply. Additional information regarding customs can be found by contacting your local postal service. For any parcels returned to us due to the customer refusing to pay customs charges/taxes, a full refund is not acceptable. As to the customs tax, we will do everything that we can to avoid the extra money you may pay. we are not responsible for international transit delays due to customs, your local post, weather, or COVID.  

Undeliverable Or Refused Packages

Please carefully enter your delivery address (including apartment or suite number) and verify information at checkout. Any missing information from your address will affect delivery times and in some cases may cause your package delivery failure. There will be no reshipping arrangement made in case parcels are returned for wrong addresses, incomplete addresses, and returned due to unavailability.

DELIVERY 

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. 
 

UPDATE NOTIFICATIONS

Because of the COVID-19, carrier services may have some unexpected delays with domestic and international shipments, Transit Times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, This is out of our control, so please bear with us and we’ll update you when things return to normal.  we know it’s annoying and we appreciate your patience and understanding in advance.
