Exchange Policy
Unfortunately, we are not accepting exchanges at the moment. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the original one, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Return Policy
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we’re here to help. you may return it back within 14 days of receipt.
please get in touch with us via the form below and let us know you’ll be returning your purchase and if you would like it to be replaced or refunded. We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please consider using trackable shipping services, as we will not be able to provide a return or refund in case your package gets lost on its way back!
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To make sure we can process your return, please include a copy of the invoice or shipping confirmation email containing your order number and contact information.
Please only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered. Items you send back should also include all original packaging and tags.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refund Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return items, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Cancellation Policy
• Unpaid orders are automatically canceled after 1 day.
• Cancel order within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.
• Once your order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
